Job Description
General Manager – Philly, PA – Up to $72k I am working with a client who is a fast-casual seafood restaurant looking for a General Manager to join their team.
They are a seafood restaurant renowned for its focus on sustainably sourced products served in a casual and inviting atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
Manage the restaurant’s daily operations to ensure guests are provided with an exceptional experience Assist with the recruitment of team members.
Provide leadership and guidance to staff, building and fostering a positive and motivating work environment Promptly and efficiently resolving all customer inquiries in friendly manner Analyzing sales and controlling expenses, payroll and inventory Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards throughout the restaurant to provide a welcoming and comfortable environment for customers
Key Requirements:
2+ years quick service restaurant management experience Beverage knowledge Confident and calm leader with superb communication and organisational skills Strong understanding of P&L’s and COG’s, you have a strong financial acumen Genuine passion for the restaurant industry and a dedication to delivering memorable dining experiences to customers If you’re interested in this opportunity, please send your resume to Holly today!
