Responsibilities Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery. Manage shift schedules and team assignments to optimize workflow and staff performance. Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to foster a positive work environment and enhance customer service skills. Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety in compliance with health regulations. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment of stock. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Implement marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and increase patronage. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless communication between front-of-house and back-of-house operations. Qualifications Proven experience in restaurant management or food service management, preferably in quick service fast food or casual dining settings.
