Required Years of Experience 2 years Job Details Stephen Starr is set to unveil Borromini, his highly anticipated trattoria in the heart of Rittenhouse Square in late summer 2025. Housed in the historic 13,000-square-foot Alison Building at 1805 Walnut Street, Borromini promises to be a landmark dining destination, featuring a menu crafted by acclaimed New York chef Mark Ladner and Executive Chef Julian Baker. With a design that mirrors the energy of Parc, Borromini will offer an immersive Italian dining experience across two floors, complemented by an expansive sidewalk café. The team is in search of dynamic Restaurant Managers who are excited to be part of a large, passionate, cohesive team providing genuine hospitality to create memorable dining experiences. Desired Qualifications:
