Responsibilities Oversee daily operations during assigned shifts, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Manage staff performance, providing guidance and support to team members while fostering a positive work environment. Assist with training new employees on restaurant policies, procedures, and customer service best practices. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen and dining areas. Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Collaborate with management to implement promotional activities and improve service delivery. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Support kitchen operations as necessary, including food preparation and quality control. Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or casual dining environment is preferred. Proven track record of managing shifts effectively in quick service fast food restaurants or catering settings is a plus. Strong background in customer service with excellent communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also taking initiative when needed. Experience in kitchen operations is beneficial but not mandatory.
