– Chef-owned and operated small venue in North Smithfield RI. Are you passionate about hospitality, leadership, and creating memorable dining experiences? We are seeking a dynamic and driven Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team and contribute to the success of our establishment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Lead and inspire the restaurant team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Monitor staff performance, provide constructive feedback, and identify development opportunities.
- Manage scheduling, staff training, and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Restaurant Management or a similar role.
- Experience as a Server and Bartender.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations and industry best practices.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
