Role:

As General Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our restaurant — overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring consistent food and service quality, and driving profitability. You’ll collaborate directly with ownership and have the autonomy to shape the guest experience, lead the team, and grow the business.

What We’re Looking For:

At least 3-5 years of GM or AGM experience in a full-service restaurant Strong leadership and communication skills Proven ability to manage labor and food costs High energy, hands-on work ethic, and problem-solving mindset Guest-first mentality and passion for creating a welcoming environment Familiarity with scheduling, inventory, POS systems, and compliance

Responsibilities:

Lead, inspire, and manage FOH and BOH teams Ensure excellent service and hospitality standards Maintain prime costs and financial targets Schedule, train, and coach staff for long-term success Collaborate with kitchen leadership and ownership on menu execution and promotions Foster a positive and professional culture that attracts top talent
