TheGeneralManager/ChiefOperatingOfficerofBerkeleyHallClubreportsdirectlytotheClubPresidentandmanagesallaspectsoftheClub’soperations.
He/ShecoordinatesandadministerstheClub’spoliciesasdefinedbytheBoardofDirectors,developsoperatingpoliciesandprocedures,anddirectstheday-to-dayworkofalldepartmentsincludinggolfoperations,coursemaintenance,rentalprograms,HOA/POAoperations,memberservices,foodandbeverage,fitness,security,accounting/budgeting,andhumanresources,aswellasbeingactivelyinvolvedinrealestateandmembershipmarketingefforts.
Specificemphasisondeliveringthehighestqualitystandardstoenhancetheexperienceformembersandtheirguestsandhavinganexceptionaleyefordetailsrelatingtotheoverallexperience,amenities,andprogrammingquality. Aminimumof10yearsofprogressiveleadership/managementexperienceinaprivatemember-ownedprivatecluband/orcommunityorhigh-endresortoperation,preferablythosewithmemberboardsandcommitteeinvolvement.
StronghistoryofsuccessandkeenunderstandingofqualityFoodandBeverageoperations,includingrevenuegrowth,training,innovationandcreativity,andstrongserviceculturedevelopment.
Provenandverifiableleadershipqualitieswithademonstratedabilitytodirect,coordinate,andcontrolallaspectsofafull-serviceclub andcommunity.
