Full Job Description Qualifications :
Minimum of 4 years of progressive leadership experience in private clubs, luxury hotels, or upscale hospitality settings. Strong background in food and beverage operations, service training, and member engagement. Proven leadership, team-building, and interpersonal communication skills.
Requirements :
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clubhouse including dining outlets, events, lounges, locker rooms, and member experiences. Lead, coach, and inspire a team of department managers and hourly associates to uphold the club’s standards of service, cleanliness, and professionalism. Ensure all member dining and social experiences meet or exceed expectations through continuous evaluation, training, and quality control.
