Key Responsibilities:

As General Manager, you will: Lead and inspire a diverse team to achieve excellence in guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance the resort’s reputation and profitability. Engage heavily with the local community, area events, vendors, charities, Chamber of Commerce, and City Council. Continue to enhance Beach House’s focus on entertainment by being involved in programming, activities, and activations Oversee daily operations, including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and facilities. Ensure compliance with hotel policies, regulations, and high-quality standards. Manage budgets, financial performance, and revenue strategies. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and commitment among staff. Actively engage with guests to understand and exceed their expectations.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in hospitality management, preferably in luxury resorts. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams. Expertise in financial management, budgeting, and revenue optimization. Comprehensive knowledge of large Food & Beverage operations. Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Outstanding communication and customer service skills. Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business, or a related field preferred.
