Manager Wine Time Bluffton Bluffton, SC Now Hiring a Manager at Wine Time Artisan Kitchen and Wine Bar! Wine Time Artisan Kitchen and Wine Bar is an exciting new wine bar and artisan kitchen opening soon in Washington Square, Bluffton, SC! We’re fun, customer-centric, and dedicated to creating a vibrant gathering spot showcasing exceptional wines and food specifically selected to highlight their unique qualities. We’re seeking a dynamic Manager to lead our team and grow with this innovative concept!

Who We’re Looking For:

2+ years of restaurant management experience with strong wine knowledge Proven ability to oversee daily operations for both front and back of house Excellent verbal and electronic communication skills Passion for selecting, training, managing and mentoring staff Commitment to fostering a welcoming, relaxed and unintimidating environment

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of front and back of house Ensure exceptional guest experiences through courteous, friendly service Meet or exceed company goals in sales, service, quality, facility appearance, sanitation, and cleanliness Train, schedule, and supervise staff to achieve guest satisfaction and maintain a positive work environment. Assign duties, responsibilities, and workstations to employees in accordance with work requirements. Enforce restaurant policies, procedures, standards, and training programs. Ensure staff compliance and conduct corrective / disciplinary actions when necessary.

Handle personnel actions:

recruiting, hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and terminations. Develop and understand restaurant policies regarding personnel. Investigate and resolve guest complaints regarding food quality or service, logging issues and reporting to Director of Operations Manage inventories (food, wine, beer, liquor, equipment) and report shortages or discrepancies Perform financial tasks: cash handling, deposits, payroll, and balancing receipts Prepare reports, schedules, and paperwork in a timely, organized manner in coordination with Director of Operations Oversee monthly inventory of wine, liquor, food, retail items, smallware and supplies per company standards Ensure proper receiving of products per restaurant policies Comply with all health, safety, and labor regulations Maintain clean, well-functioning equipment through inspections and preventative maintenance Supervise and participate in daily cleaning of kitchen and dining areas Attend all scheduled management and employee meetings

Minimum Qualifications:

21+ years of age 2+ years of front-of-house operations and/or assistant manager experience in food and beverage Strong mathematical skills and ability to operate a point-of-sale system Ability to stand for up to 5 hours, lift up to 50 lbs, and maneuver in tight spaces Stamina and availability to work up to 50 hours/week, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays Neat, clean, and professional appearance Eligible to work in the United States Why Join Us?
