TBonz Management Company is now hiring an FOH Salary Manager TBonz Management Company is looking for a dynamic and experienced FOH Salary Manager to lead our front-of-house team. This role requires a strong blend of leadership, operational expertise, and a passion for hospitality. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on manager who can inspire and motivate staff, ensure exceptional guest experience, and drive operational efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruit, hire, and train FOH staff. Develop and implement effective training programs. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback. Oversee daily FOH operations, including scheduling, staffing, and inventory management. Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards. Monitor and control labor costs and food and beverage expenses. Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area. Deliver exceptional guest service, addressing guest concerns promptly and effectively. Train staff in proper guest service techniques. Monitor guest satisfaction and implement strategies to improve overall experience. Analyze financial reports and identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue growth. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability. Proficient in utilizing restaurant management systems, including Restaurant365, Paycor, Toast, and scheduling software. Leverage technology to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
QUALIFICATIONS
Proven experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu development, cost control, and inventory management. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences. Minimum 2 years of experience in a FOH management or supervisory role in a high-volume restaurant Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment A passion for providing exceptional guest experiences
SALARY RANGE
$45,000 – $65,000 / Salary Annual
