We are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a top-notch fleet, and creating a vibrant community for boating enthusiasts. We’re looking for an energetic, organized, and customer-focused Assistant Boat Club Manager to join our growing team.

Position Overview:

The Assistant Boat Club Manager supports day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth club activity, high member satisfaction, and proper fleet management. This role is hands-on, working closely with members, staff, and vendors, and is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, outdoor environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in daily operations including boat checkouts, returns, fueling, and maintenance coordination. Deliver excellent customer service by building strong relationships with members and addressing their needs. Supervise dock staff, ensuring team efficiency and a safe, professional atmosphere. Assist with scheduling, onboarding new members, and training staff. Monitor and maintain the cleanliness, functionality, and presentation of the fleet and marina area. Support marketing efforts, events, and member engagement initiatives. Assist with administrative tasks such as inventory tracking, safety logs, and reporting. Step in for the General Manager when needed.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in marina, hospitality, recreation, or customer service roles. Boating knowledge and comfort operating various types of vessels. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Basic computer skills (experience with booking or member management systems). Valid driver’s license; boating license or certification a plus. Able to work on weekends.
