Weekends Duties/Responsibilities:

Recruit, hire, train, supervise, and develop a diverse team of employees. Participate in interviewing and scheduling of staff. Support day-to-day operations to ensure the smooth functioning of the restaurant. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various areas, including front-of-house, back-of-house, and customer service. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both employees and guests. Monitor inventory levels, track food costs, and implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability. Maintain a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction. With support from the General Manager, understand financial performance, review financial statements, and support strategies to improve profitability. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food handling guidelines, and sanitation standards. Local travel to HQ office and any restaurant location as needed. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Assistant Manager or in a similar role in the hospitality industry. High school diploma or equivalent required.

A.S./B.S.

in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or another relevant field (not required – preferred).

Additional Qualifications:

Successful completion of a background screening (Criminal Background, Credit, 5 Panel – Non-THC Drug Screen) Must possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation.
