Responsibilities Manage daily bar operations, including staff supervision, inventory control, and quality assurance. Develop and implement innovative drink menus that align with current trends and customer preferences. Train, mentor, and lead bartending staff to deliver outstanding service and maintain a positive work environment. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies. Monitor bar expenses and manage budgets effectively to maximize profitability. Collaborate with kitchen management to coordinate food pairings and enhance the overall dining experience. Foster relationships with suppliers to ensure quality products are available at competitive prices. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction. Requirements Proven experience in bartending and bar management within a restaurant or hotel setting. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Knowledge of fine dining service standards and food management practices. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience in supervising staff and managing kitchen operations is preferred.
