Train, mentor, and lead bartending staff to deliver outstanding service and maintain a positive work environment. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies. Monitor bar expenses and manage budgets effectively to maximize profitability. Collaborate with kitchen management to coordinate food pairings and enhance the overall dining experience. Foster relationships with suppliers to ensure quality products are available at competitive prices. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction. Requirements Proven experience in bartending and bar management within a restaurant or hotel setting. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Knowledge of fine dining service standards and food management practices. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
