We need a motivated, organized bartender with the skills to maintain company standards in a fast-paced, high volume environment. For this position, bartending duties include:

• Provide full service for customers seated at the bar.
• Maintain menu and product knowledge.
• Prepare bar cocktails, garnishes, and everything else necessary for bar service.
• Provide customers with food, drinks, and other necessary items to enjoy their experience, including preparing drinks for tables.
• Maintain stock of alcoholic and non-alcoholic items
• Collect payment and process sales correctly
• Maintain, clean and organize environment and complete side work duties
• Break down and clean bar at the end of the night
• Perform other duties as assigned In addition to the above responsibilities, the bar manager will also:
• Write the schedule for the members of the bar team.
• Order product/manage bar inventory
• Process bar invoices
• Develop and schedule staff education classes for available bar products
• Manage bar prep
• Maintain effective bar cleaning schedules

Hourly Rate:

$25-35/hr, based on tips for shifts worked as a bartender; $25/hr for hours worked on bar manager responsibilities (approx. 10 hours per week) AM shifts are from 9AM-4PM PM shifts are from 4PM-1130PM (at the latest)
