With an experienced bar team and good systems in place, the Beverage Manager will continue with the already successful structure in place by the leadership team. Some duties include hiring, ordering, scheduling, upkeep of all four bars in the restaurant, conflict resolution and employee engagement and morale. You must have at least 2 years of restaurant experience.
