Floor Manager EVO Pizzeria 1075 E Montague Ave, North Charleston, SC 29405 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Floor Manager to oversee daily operations in our fast paced restaurant in Park Circle! The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the food industry and demonstrate exceptional leadership skills. As a Floor Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our team delivers outstanding customer service while maintaining high standards of culinary excellence. Your role will involve supporting servers and bartenders, ensuring a pleasant dining experience for guests, and fostering a positive work environment. Duties Supervise daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to quality standards. Be available to support front of house as needed Maintain open communication between front of house and back of house to ensure smooth service. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction. Assist in managing team performance to optimize productivity. Skills Proven experience in a leadership role within the food industry, preferably as an Assistant Manager or similar position. Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating positive dining experiences.
