We are looking for Front of House Managers to join our opening team and bring our mission and vision to life. LAUNCH FRANK & JACKS

➔ Support Operations manager in bar set up, stocking, order guides and side work checklists. ➔ Be knowledgeable about all technology and systems used for both FOH and BOH. Collaborate to execute a training program for all new hire FOH team members. ➔ Help roll out server sections, host desk, busser station with opening and closing checklists in Jolt. ➔ Assist in attracting, interviewing + hiring of opening team ensuring all FOH positions are filled. ➔ Be involved in PR launch, social media + community buzz.

DAY TO DAY OPERATIONS + COST CONTROL

➔ Participate in daily pre-shift meetings, side work checks, coaching and support. ➔ Teach the value of upselling and increase check averages by driving a sales culture. ➔ Uphold F&J policies, be consistent in adhering to systems, recipes and checklists in Jolt. ➔ Ensure guest waitlist is accurate and proper restaurant flow is cohesive with the kitchen. ➔ Work closely with the team to address any guest issues promptly. Guarantee everyone leaves happy. ➔ Monitor all bars, Togo and ICS ticket times and support when it’s needed. ➔ Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing all phases of liquor procurement and service, including inventory and ordering, storage and rotation. Help monitor beverage costs, implement cost-control measures, and optimize purchasing strategies.

CREATE A CLEAN + SAFE WORKING ENVIRONMENT

➔ Coach team on 100% compliance with all SC Department of Health policies. Ensure the alcohol sales team is compliant with SC laws and serves responsibly. Always be inspection ready during a shift. ➔ Maintain bar equipment by keeping it in satisfactory working order, managing repairs and maintenance, and make certain that the highest degree of usability and cleanliness is upheld. ➔ Demonstrate proper and safe usage of chemicals. ➔ Ensure all staff consistently maintain proper appearance of uniforms, aprons, and personal upkeep.

STAFF + LABOR COST

➔ Maintain a strong team by recruiting, interviewing, and constant training. Stay optimistic for your team in challenging situations with clear communication and feedback. ➔ Manage daily floor schedules that are in line with sales and budget targets and meet the needs of the business. Monitor overtime, availability + vacation requests. ➔ Review time clock punches are accounted for every shift and tip sheets are correct.

FOH MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS

➔ Minimum 2 years in a like or similar position and not scorned by the industry ➔ Experience in bartending, Toast, Resy and Jolt a plus ➔ Able to frequently stand, walk, bend, and reach above shoulder level ➔ Basic accounting and costing ➔ Embrace genuine hospitality, teamwork and the importance of staff education ➔ Must have or be willing to obtain Food Handlers Certification and understand and follow OSHA and HACCP compliance standards SALARY starting at 65K & Biannual BONUS ➔ Health Insurance with $500 annual contribution to a Health Savings Account ➔ Dental + Vision ➔ Aflac Accidental coverage ➔
