Job Description

Front of House Manager Charleston Sports Pub North Charleston, SC 29415

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the front of house, including bartending, food production, catering, and coffee service.
  • Manage and coordinate staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours and special events.
  • Train and supervise front of house staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and back of house team to ensure smooth operations and efficient service.
  • Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment, ordering as needed to meet business demands.
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role, such as assistant manager or front of house manager in a hotel or banquet setting.
  • Strong knowledge of bartending, food production, catering, and coffee service.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a diverse team.
