The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the food industry and demonstrate exceptional leadership skills. As a Floor Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our team delivers outstanding customer service while maintaining high standards of culinary excellence. Your role will involve supporting servers and bartenders, ensuring a pleasant dining experience for guests, and fostering a positive work environment. Duties Supervise daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to quality standards. Be available to support front of house as needed Maintain open communication between front of house and back of house to ensure smooth service.
