General Manager The Heyday 605 Kindred Ct, Johns Island, SC 29455 Looking for an opportunity to lead and manage a new restaurant on John’s Island? At The Heyday, we are looking for a strong, confident leader who knows their way around the restaurant industry and can not only manage the business, but lead the team as well. The Heyday takes on inspiration from the classic low country and sea island cuisine. Our goal is to feature some of our favorite foods and local staples with a modern, lighter twist. We serve breakfast, lunch, and evening bites. During the day, we operate as a casual dining cafe, then shift to more of a bar setting in the evening. We are looking for someone who is capable of the following: Creating a positive work environment Leading others by example and with consistent feedback Managing and creating the FOH schedule Tracking inventory, menu item cost, and waste Checking in and placing orders Handling cash reconciliation Assisting with payroll Other business, restaurant, and management related tasks Ideally, our candidate has experience working the following positions: Bartender Barista Server Host Expo Manager on
