The General Manager (GM) is responsible for leading all day-to-day operations of the facility. The GM ensures financial success, operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and team development. This includes oversight of culinary operations, logistics and delivery, guest services, compliance, safety, outreach, and sales growth. The GM acts as a strategic partner to senior leadership and represents Iacofano’s Catering in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead all departments including kitchen, logistics, and guest services Ensure quality, consistency, and timeliness in all catering production and delivery Review and analyze weekly and monthly P&L statements
Track KPIs:
labor %, COGS, customer satisfaction, delivery efficiency, and incident rate Manage staffing, onboarding, scheduling, and performance reviews Conduct regular facility inspections and maintain safety compliance Maintain vendor relationships and control procurement costs Participate in and lead community events, outreach, and sales initiatives Collaborate with the Executive Chef on seasonal menu R D Deliver weekly GM report to

Qualifications:
5+ years of management experience in catering, hospitality, or foodservice operations Proven leadership in a multi-department setting Strong understanding of
