As a General Manager in Training, you will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of restaurant management, including operations, customer service, and team leadership. Responsibilities Assist in overseeing daily operations of the restaurant to ensure efficiency and quality service. Support shift management by coordinating staff schedules and delegating tasks effectively. Engage in food preparation and ensure adherence to food handling and safety standards. Manage cash handling processes, including daily cash reconciliation and reporting. Train and mentor staff on kitchen management practices, catering services, and customer service excellence.
