Salary:

$19.00 per hour as GMIT and when training program is completed and promoted to General Manager (GM), starting salary of $50,000 per year plus bonuses paid out every four weeks and based off profitability of store. As a GMIT, you will also take a share in tips payable every 2 weeks with your paycheck. Most weeks averaging $2.00
