RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the operations of the entire restaurant. Works with all managers, front and back of house, to ensure thesatisfaction of our team and guests. Works alongside the staff daily, coaching and developing toexcel and grow in their career paths. Attacks the financials of the restaurant, thinking outside thebox to improve overall performance while helping to boost sales andfoot traffic. Creates action plans and goals for management team to keep themengaged in the success of the operation. Oversees inventories and review of all schedules, writesmanager schedules that are fair and balanced. Hosts the party each day for our guests so they have memorableexperiences that keep them coming back. Embraces teamwork with co-workers, adding to the culture offun, plans and attends all staff meetings.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 3 years of experience as a General Manager in ahigh-volume, upscale restaurant. Proven ability to manage and motivate staff. Strong financial acumen and P&L management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for the hospitality industry.
SALARY RANGE
$65,000 -$80,000 / Salary Annual (plus monthly bonuses).
