This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in upscale dining, a passion for guest service, and the ability to manage and inspire large teams while exercising a strong financial and operational acumen. This General Manager will also be responsible for leading private event buyouts for the store. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of multi-unit or high-volume fine dining management experience. Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L, budgeting, and cost control. Passion for hospitality and delivering high quality, memorable guest experiences. Knowledge of Charleston’s dining scene is a plus. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations across multiple fine dining locations ensuring consistent service excellence and brand standards. Lead sales initiatives for private events and manage execution, coordinating with culinary team and appropriate vendors. Manage budgets, P&L, labor costs, and inventory controls to achieve financial goals. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that attracts and retains top talent. Build strong relationships with guests, vendors, and the local community to enhance the restaurant’s reputation.
