Job Summary:
Owens Dining Group, founded by Chef Patrick Owens, is currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Manager to join our team in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. As a Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our renowned restaurants
- Opal Restaurant + Bar and Langdon’s.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, and training in alignment with Owens Dining Group’s high standards.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by greeting guests, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a positive dining experience.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and controlling costs effectively.
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations to uphold a clean and safe environment for both customers and staff.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, provide feedback, and address any concerns or opportunities for improvement.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to enhance restaurant performance.
Skills:
- Prior experience in Team management within the food industry or related field is essential.
- Proficiency in managing a kitchen operation as well as an understanding of Casual dining standards.
- Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and guide a diverse team effectively.
- Knowledge of Assistant Manager duties, Staff training techniques, Food service management principles, Restaurant operations, Catering services, and Food management practices.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams effectively.
