The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of the food and beverage industry. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. Responsibilities Lead and manage all aspects of the business, including staffing, training, and performance evaluations. Oversee kitchen management, ensuring efficient food preparation and adherence to food safety standards. Develop and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-control measures. Collaborate with the bar team to enhance the beverage offerings and ensure exceptional service. Conduct interviews and hire staff for various positions within the establishment. Ensure compliance with health regulations and maintain a clean, safe environment for both employees and customers. Foster a positive team culture that encourages collaboration and high performance. Address customer inquiries or complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction. Skills Proven experience in bartending and food handling practices. Strong knowledge of kitchen management techniques and food preparation processes. Proficiency in budgeting and financial management within a restaurant or hospitality setting. Excellent interviewing skills with the ability to identify top talent for various roles. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices. Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills to motivate staff effectively. Experience as an assistant manager or in a similar supervisory role is preferred.
