Service Manager We’re currently looking for a high-energy, systems-minded Service Manager who can help us lead our team, build a positive and collaborative culture, and ensure every guest has an unforgettable experience.

Table:

2-5 years of high-volume, full-service or upscale-casual restaurant management experience A track record of strong leadership and a passion for developing people Calm, upbeat energy even under pressure Solid understanding of P&L, labor and cost control, and inventory systems Experience writing schedules and running effective pre-shifts Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills Bonus points if you have BOH/kitchen management experience

Minimum Requirements:

Reliable transportation Ability to be on your feet for up to 8 hours per shift Ability to lift and carry moderately heavy items
