This position requires an individual who can think outside the box to create ideas to assist in generating additional revenues within the F&B Operation. This individual will come up with creative ways to market these events with a limited budget, while coordinating with hotel staff and vendors. Working with the Banquet manager in overseeing setup and take down and ensuring the event goes off without a hitch. This position will supervise operations in our dining establishment, the Lodge, patios, and or Conference Center handling aspects like staff management, food quality, menu creation and customer service. Additionally, they will be handling administrative tasks like inventory management and payroll. This includes supervising staff, overseeing budgets, managing events, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Assist the Food & Beverage Director in overseeing daily operations of the food and beverage outlets. Supervise and train staff, ensuring adherence to service standards and operational procedures. Manage shift schedules to ensure adequate coverage and efficient service delivery. Monitor inventory levels, assist with budgeting, and manage costs effectively. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless communication between front-of-house and back-of-house operations. Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally to enhance customer satisfaction. Utilize POS systems for order processing and reporting. Implement training programs for new hires to promote skill development and team cohesion. Requirements Proven experience in bartending or food service management is preferred. Strong supervisory skills with a focus on team leadership and development. Background in hospitality management or related field is highly desirable. Experience in kitchen operations is a plus. Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of budgeting processes and inventory management practices.
