Qualifications Passion for the food industry and a desire to make an impact on our team members and guests. Strong leadership behaviors, approachability and reputation as a role model. Self motivated, positive attitude, service-oriented, flexible, engaging personality, ethical, with a strong degree of integrity. 3 or more years of leadership experience preferred. Must be at least 18 years of age.
