Implement effective kitchen management practices to maintain food safety standards and optimize workflow. Utilize Aloha POS system for inventory management, sales tracking, and reporting. Ensure compliance with food handling regulations and health standards. Coordinate catering services and special events, ensuring customer satisfaction. Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages communication and teamwork among staff members. Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue generation strategies. Qualifications Proven experience in a managerial role within the food industry, preferably in a restaurant or café setting. Strong knowledge of kitchen management practices and food service operations. Experience with staff training and development initiatives. Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is preferred. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of operations. Passion for coffee and catering services is a plus.
