Lead back-of-house for a clean, calm, scratch-made kitchen. Real food, no drama. This is a hands-on operations role, not a culinary director gig. You’ll lead kitchen systems, manage inventory and prep schedules, and make sure everything leaving the kitchen meets our standards for quality and safety. Your focus is team leadership and systems, but you’ll cook or prep as needed to support the flow. We’re a scratch-cooking, real food business with a steady rhythm, not a high-drama restaurant. We value competence, accountability, and people who like solving problems before they become them.

What You’ll Do:

Oversee daily kitchen operations, prep, and production flow
Manage ordering, inventory, and vendor communication
Build and maintain prep schedules for Grab & Go and cafe items
Conduct quality checks on all outgoing food
Keep an eye on product costs, manage waste, and work with leadership to adjust operations when needed.
Supervise, train, and support a small but capable kitchen team
Ensure compliance with food safety standards and health regulations
Monitor food costs and waste, and collaborate with leadership to improve systems when needed.

What We’re Looking For:

Prior experience managing a kitchen or BOH team
Reliable, organized, and calm under pressure
Strong communication skills and a working knowledge of food costing
Ability to lift 30lb and work on your feet
English fluency (spoken and written)
Must wear closed-toe shoes and apron on shift
