The ideal candidate will have a background in the kitchen, culinary arts, or food service management. This role involves assisting in overseeing restaurant operations, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service. ## Duties

• Assist the General Manager in daily restaurant operations
• Interview, hire, train, and supervise staff members
• Help develop and implement strategies to enhance overall restaurant performance
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness
• Oversee inventory management and ordering supplies
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Operate and troubleshoot Point of Sale (POS) systems ## Skills
• Strong background in kitchen operations, culinary arts, or restaurant management
• Excellent interviewing, team management, and supervisory skills
• Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
