Duties Lead and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in all areas of the business. Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance productivity. Oversee budgeting processes, ensuring financial targets are met while maintaining quality standards. Manage food production processes, ensuring compliance with health regulations and quality control measures. Coordinate catering services, ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery. Recruit, interview, and train staff to build a high-performing team committed to excellence. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and professional growth. Monitor inventory levels and manage supply chain logistics to optimize resources. Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed. Qualifications Proven experience in a managerial role within the food industry, with a strong understanding of food management practices. Demonstrated skills in budgeting and financial management. Experience in team management with the ability to lead by example and inspire others. Strong interviewing skills with experience in recruiting top talent for various positions. Knowledge of food production processes, catering services, bar operations, and coffee management is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with staff, customers, and vendors. Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on achieving results.
