Responsibilities Manage daily operations of the restaurant, including bar and kitchen areas. Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and improve service quality. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the food industry. Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste. Implement effective team management strategies to motivate staff and improve performance. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels. Collaborate with culinary teams to ensure menu items meet quality standards. Monitor financial performance and assist in budget preparation as needed. Requirements Proven experience in a managerial role within the restaurant or quick service fast food sector. Strong knowledge of hospitality management principles and practices. Excellent team management skills with the ability to inspire and lead diverse teams. Experience in staff training and development programs is highly desirable. Background in culinary arts or related fields is a plus. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence.
