McDonalds Manager The Harnish Group LLC Little River, SC 29566 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to oversee operations in our hospitality establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food service and team management, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service while maintaining high standards of food production and overall operational efficiency. This role requires a hands-on approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and develop a team. Duties Oversee daily operations of the establishment, ensuring smooth service delivery in all areas including bar, banquet, and food production. Manage staff schedules, training, and development to foster a motivated and skilled team. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization. Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure quality food service and timely delivery of meals. Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively, striving for complete guest satisfaction. Monitor inventory levels for food and beverage supplies, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock. Implement marketing strategies to promote events and special offerings within the establishment. Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or a similar role within the food service industry. Strong knowledge of bar operations, banquet management, and food production processes. Excellent leadership skills with experience in team management and training development. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with staff, guests, and vendors. Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or similar supervisory role is preferred. Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
