Responsibilities Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving complaints, and enhancing the overall dining experience. Train, mentor, and supervise staff members to promote effective teamwork and maintain high performance standards. Manage shift schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels during peak hours. Monitor food handling practices to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste. Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process for new staff members. Support marketing initiatives and promotional events to drive customer engagement. Experience Previous experience in the food industry or casual dining setting is preferred. Strong background in customer service with a focus on creating memorable experiences for guests. Familiarity with food handling practices and safety regulations is essential. Experience in shift management and staff training is highly desirable. Skills in bartending or coffee preparation are a plus but not mandatory. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
