Responsibilities Lead and manage the front of house team to deliver outstanding customer service. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness throughout the dining area. Oversee the Toast POS system for efficient order processing and payment handling. Collaborate with kitchen management to ensure seamless service between front and back of house. Assist in managing inventory levels for bar and dining supplies to ensure operational efficiency. Implement strategies to improve service quality and increase guest retention.
