Exercises direct supervision of 15-50 employees. Essential Job Functions Essential duties may include, but are not limited to, the following: Exhibit, cultivate, and enforce a sense of pride and relentless commitment to each step of preparing Guthrie’s menu items for service. Foster a culture of hospitality and quality to attract and retain the best talent. Be an ambassador for the brand, building strategic relationships within the community to build a conspicuous reputation of quality and hospitality throughout our communities. Support the General Manager in all efforts related to shift performance, including labor deployment and inventory management. Review performance daily, taking time to calibrate each day and correspondingly coach and celebrate with your team. Provide leadership by generating excitement, enthusiasm, and commitment toward company objectives. Maintain an attitude of flexibility that allows performance above and beyond the parameters of this position description.
