The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and culinary management, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, managing staff, and driving profitability while maintaining high standards of quality and service. Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including inventory control, staffing, and customer service. Lead and manage a diverse team, fostering a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and growth. Develop and implement effective strategies for banquet and catering services to enhance guest experiences. Manage budgets effectively, ensuring financial targets are met while optimizing resource allocation. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety in accordance with health regulations. Collaborate with culinary teams to create innovative menus that meet customer preferences and dietary needs. Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance overall satisfaction.
