What Does a
SHIFT SUPERVISOR
do? Operates the restaurant in the absence of a Manager Inspires and guides their staff Completes daily paperwork to record Burger Kings success! Manages Inventory Carrols makes sure you are an important part of customers having ittheir way! The ultimate responsibility for our Shift Supervisor isto ensure that the store is whipping up Whoppers and keeping ourcustomers happy and full! The shift managers are the chiefs oftheir team, and both inspire their staff and resolve issues byusing excellent organizational, communication and developmentalskills. Having the knowledge of the team members responsibilitiesand keeping inventory are crucial to success in this position.
Completing paperwork, managing financials and issuing/deliveringdeposits also come with the job. The Shift Supervisors lead thedaily shifts and wrap up the store at the end of the day.
