Full Job Description Key Responsibilities:

Staff Management:

Recruiting, hiring, training, and managing front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, bartenders, and other customer-facing roles.

Operational Oversight:

Ensuring smooth daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, managing reservations and seating, and maintaining cleanliness and organization.

Customer Service:

Ensuring excellent customer service, handling complaints, and resolving issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Financial Management:

May assist with financial reporting, budgeting, and inventory management.

Maintaining Standards:

Enforcing company policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations, and upholding brand standards.

Communication:

Facilitating communication between front-of-house and back-of-house staff.

Skills and Qualifications:

Leadership and Interpersonal Skills:

.Ability to motivate, coach, and manage a team, and build positive relationships with both staff and customers.

Organizational Skills:

.Strong ability to manage schedules, prioritize tasks, and oversee multiple aspects of the operation.

Problem-Solving Skills:
