Our bar offers a large selection of creative cocktails, signature margaritas and staggering selection of mezcals and tequilas.

OVERVIEW

Taco Mundo Kitchen Y Cantina in Columbia, SC is now hiring a Bar Manager The Homegrown Hospitality Group is looking for a skilled Bar Manager with creative flair as you craft our own signature drinks, while making your guests feel like they are part of the fiesta by keeping the vibe lively and fun. This role will oversee the day-to-day operations of our bar and be responsible for managing inventory, creating and maintaining schedules, and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service. You will also be expected to lead by example and motivate your team to meet and exceed our business goals. The Homegrown Hospitality Group consists of 9 different business concepts and over 15 locations located throughout South Carolina in Charleston, Columbia, and Myrtle Beach. RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee the daily operations of the bar, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service. Create and maintain a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all customers. Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement. Train and supervise bar staff, ensuring they are knowledgeable about products, policies, and procedures. Monitor and maintain the quality of beverages and food served at the bar. Manage and maintain the bar’s financial records, including cash handling, budgeting, and reporting. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations regarding alcohol service and sales. Collaborate with other departments, such as kitchen staff and event planners, to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction. Continuously evaluate and improve the bar’s offerings, including menu items, promotions, and events

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of 2 years management experience Minimum of 2-3 years bartending experience Bi-lingual in Spanish and English preferred

SALARY RANGE

$7.25 / Hour (plus tips)
