OVERVIEW

Taco Mundo Kitchen y Cantina is now hiring an FOH Salary Manager The Homegrown Hospitality Group is looking for a dynamic and experienced FOH Salary Manager to lead our front-of-house team. This role requires a strong blend of leadership, operational expertise, and a passion for hospitality. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on manager who can inspire and motivate staff, ensure exceptional guest experience, and drive operational efficiency. The Homegrown Hospitality Group consists of 9 different business concepts and over 15 locations located throughout South Carolina in Charleston, Columbia, and Myrtle Beach. RESPONSIBILITIES

Recruit, hire, and train FOH staff. Develop and implement effective training programs. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback. Oversee daily FOH operations, including scheduling, staffing, and inventory management. Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards. Monitor and control labor costs and food and beverage expenses. Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area. Deliver exceptional guest service, addressing guest concerns promptly and effectively. Train staff in proper guest service techniques. Monitor guest satisfaction and implement strategies to improve overall experience. Analyze financial reports and identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue growth. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability. Proficient in utilizing restaurant management systems, including Restaurant365, Paycor, Toast, and scheduling software. Leverage technology to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of 1+ year experience in similar role. Proven experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu development, cost control, and inventory management. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

SALARY RANGE

$45,000 – $65,000 / Salary Annual
