What You’ll Do:
Lead daily restaurant operations with a hands-on approach Recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing team Ensure consistent food quality, guest satisfaction, and service standards Manage inventory, scheduling, and cost control Drive sales, optimize profitability, and hit key performance goals Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation standards
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of restaurant management experience (GM preferred) Proven leadership and team development skills Strong knowledge of front and back-of-house operations Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities A guest-first mindset with a focus on creating memorable experiences Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
