Assistant Manager Responsibilities Include:

Delegate job duties, inspect property, supervise, follow instructions and carry them out Assist the Project Manager in managing Janitorial/cleaning staff Assist in developing and maintaining employee’s weekly schedules Provide training to all janitorial staff Assists with processing new hire application and interviewing new janitorial staff Maintains staff compliance with company policies/procedures Maintains Proper inventory control of supplies and materials

Requirements:

Preferred 1 year of experience as Janitorial Supervisor Janitorial experience Strong customer service skills and employee relations skills Must have a valid Driver’s license Must pass a criminal background check Must be able to work at least one day of the weekend

Shift:

5pm – 10pm, 5pm – 11pm
