We are seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to oversee our quick-service restaurant that specializes in chicken. As the Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high-quality food standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute operational plans and strategies to achieve sales goals, maximize profits, and ensure customer satisfaction. Hire, train, and manage staff, ensuring that they provide outstanding service to customers and maintain a clean and organized restaurant. Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the restaurant, increase customer engagement, and drive sales. Monitor inventory levels, ordering supplies and ingredients as needed, while minimizing waste. Ensure that food is prepared to high-quality standards and follow all health and safety guidelines. Manage budgets, track expenses, and analyze financial reports to identify opportunities to improve profitability. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and other business partners. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including health and safety guidelines and labor laws.

Qualifications:

Experience leading teams (Required; 2 or more years preferred) Fast-food or quick-service restaurant experience (preferred) Professional communication skills Friendly, “Infectiously-Enthusiastic” personality Well-groomed and professional appearance

$55,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
