The job requires 50+ hours a week and a minimum of 3 years experience in a management role at a high-volume restaurant. Job duties include but are not limited to: Overall day to day operations of restaurant, hiring staff, training staff, continue to educate staff on changes in industry, scheduling, ordering & maintaining product, shift planning, following proper food-handling procedures, maintain proper labor costs, documenting purchases & inventory, handling staff and/or guest issues that will arise, creating new processes/procedures to continually improve operations/guest experience, ensuring all standards and expectations are met and exceeded throughout all services.
