Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all store operations, including inventory management and staff engagement. Conduct daily Guest Experience 360 assessments to ensure a successful store opening. Manage recruitment, training, and development of employees to maintain high standards. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean environment. Engage in local store marketing and build connections within the community.
Qualifications:
Completed training for all restaurant positions with certification. Serve Safe certification is a must. Previous management experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods (90% of the shift). Frequent bending, stooping, and other physical activities required.
