Apply here or in person at 503 Galleria Blvd Rock Hill, SC 29730 Position Expectations This experienced AGM will help to oversee all facets of our hotel, primarily in operations. This property requires a hands-on professional to help oversee the day-to-day operations and financial performance of the hotel in cooperation with our proven corporate support structure. Our AGM directly oversees the functions of the Rooms Department , including the Front Office and Housekeeping Department while establishing and enforcing department policies and performance guidelines for the Rooms Department; motivating staff and acknowledging strong performance while providing support where needed. The AGM also ensures adherence to hotel policies and established operating procedures, reviews employee performance, conducts personnel actions such as disciplinary actions, coaching and terminations. The AGM is the designated Hotel Experience Champion and receives and resolves or assists in resolving guest complaints and employee issues; which includes the oversight of the Service Recovery Program. The AGM will be involved in F&B; to include restaurant operations, catering, and banquets The AGM works closely with the Director of Sales and Sales Coordinator to ensure optimization of all revenue opportunities and to provide the best client experience. In addition to operational duties, the AGM participates in weekly Revenue calls, performs Manager on Duty shifts, and functions as the General Manager in their absence or on delegated responsibilities.

Additional Job Requirements:

Minimum of two (2) years supervisory experience in hotel management or operations with high customer/client contact preferred. Experience in a branded hotel property preferred. IHG, Hilton, or Marriott experience highly preferred. Professional references from within the hospitality industry.
